Life Is Sweeter With Candy Barn

Some things just make a hens party better. Matching sashes — yes. Silly games — absolutely. A stunning venue — of course.

And a giant pile of the most beautiful, colourful, delicious sweet treats you've ever seen?

That's Candy Barn.

I am genuinely obsessed with this place. And once you see what they do, you will be too.

Candy Barn is Airlie Beach's go-to destination for lollies, sweet treats, and the kind of candy displays that make grown women squeal with excitement. They're a local business with a big personality — fun, colourful, and completely committed to making every occasion sweeter.

Whether you're after a simple lolly bag for each guest, a full candy buffet for your party table, or something completely unique and Instagrammable, Candy Barn delivers.

The classic. Candy Barn puts together the most beautiful lolly bags — perfectly packed, generously filled, and presented in a way that makes them feel like a proper gift rather than an afterthought.

For hens parties, these are perfect as guest favours. Every girl goes home with something sweet to remember the night by.

This is where Candy Barn gets seriously fun. Their disco cups and loaded ice cream cones are absolutely iconic — towering, colourful, and completely over-the-top in the best possible way.

They're also incredibly photogenic. If you want a photo that stops the scroll on Instagram, hand your group a Candy Barn disco cup and watch what happens.

For a hens party with a table setup, a candy buffet from Candy Barn is a showstopper. Jars of lollies in coordinating colours, scoops and tongs, and a display that looks like it belongs in a magazine.

It doubles as a decoration and entertainment — guests love grazing, mixing their own combinations, and generally just being delighted by the whole thing.

Got something specific in mind? Candy Barn loves a custom brief. Whether you want a particular colour palette to match your party theme, specific lollies for dietary requirements, or a completely unique creation, talk to them about what you're imagining.

Here's the thing about hens parties: the details matter. The little touches that show the bride-to-be that someone thought about everything — those are the moments she'll remember.

Candy Barn is one of those details.

A beautiful lolly bag on every seat when the girls arrive. A disco cup in everyone's hand for the group photo. A candy buffet that makes the whole room look like a celebration.

It's fun. It's colourful. It's delicious. And it photographs beautifully — which matters when you're creating memories.

I partnered with Candy Barn because they share the same philosophy I built Whitsunday Wonderland on: every detail of a celebration should be intentional, beautiful, and genuinely enjoyable.

They're not just selling lollies. They're creating moments of joy. And that's exactly what a hens party should be full of.

Candy Barn takes orders directly — I recommend reaching out early, especially for custom orders or large quantities.
