1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website at https://www.whitsundaywonderland.com and the party planning services provided by Airlie Adult Shop & Luxury Lingerie Pty Ltd (trading as Whitsunday Wonderland), located at 384 Shute Harbour Road, Airlie Beach QLD 4802.

By submitting a booking enquiry, accessing the Hostess Portal, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be excluded by contract.

2. Age Restriction — 18+ Only

Our services, website, and physical store are strictly for persons aged 18 years and over. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who cannot verify their age.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all guests attending any party or event arranged through Whitsunday Wonderland are of legal age for the activities involved.

3. Our Services — Referral and Coordination Only

Whitsunday Wonderland provides a party planning referral and coordination service. We curate a network of independent partner businesses and assist you in planning and coordinating your event. We do not directly provide accommodation, dining, adventure activities, wellness services, florals, or other partner services.

All bookings, services, and transactions made directly with partner businesses are entered into solely between you and the relevant partner business operator. Whitsunday Wonderland accepts no responsibility or liability for the acts, omissions, negligence, or default of any partner business, nor for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or disappointment arising from services provided by a partner. Each partner is an independent operator solely responsible for the delivery, quality, and safety of its services.

We encourage you to review each partner's own terms and conditions and cancellation policies before confirming a booking with them.

4. Booking Enquiries and Confirmation

Submitting a booking enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when:

  • You receive a written confirmation from us (including your unique booking code); and
  • Any applicable deposit or payment required by us or a partner business has been received and cleared.

We reserve the right to decline any booking enquiry at our discretion. Availability of partner services is subject to change and is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by the relevant partner.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

Pricing for partner services is set by each independent partner and is subject to change without notice. Whitsunday Wonderland is not responsible for any pricing errors or changes made by partner businesses.

Payment terms for partner services are determined by each partner. Please confirm payment requirements directly with the relevant partner at the time of booking.

6. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Whitsunday Wonderland coordination fee (if applicable): Cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Where a non-refundable deposit applies, this will be clearly stated.

Partner services: Cancellation and refund policies for individual partner services are set by each partner business and are independent of Whitsunday Wonderland's policies. We are not responsible for any cancellation fees, forfeited deposits, or refusal of refunds by partner businesses.

Where you are entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law (for example, where a service has a major failure), your rights are against the service provider (the relevant partner business), not Whitsunday Wonderland, unless the failure relates directly to our own coordination services.

We recommend taking out appropriate travel or event insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

7. Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information in all booking enquiries and communications
  • Ensure all members of your party comply with the rules, policies, and requirements of each partner business
  • Behave in a respectful and lawful manner at all venues and during all activities
  • Accept responsibility for any damage caused by you or members of your party to partner business premises or property
  • Not engage in any conduct that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful to others

We and our partners reserve the right to refuse service or remove any person from an event or venue if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or in breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whitsunday Wonderland (Airlie Adult Shop & Luxury Lingerie Pty Ltd) and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, our website or services
  • Any act, omission, negligence, or default of any partner business or third party
  • Any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss arising from partner services
  • Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in information provided on our website

Where our liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having the service re-supplied.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Airlie Adult Shop & Luxury Lingerie Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. If you have a complaint about our coordination services, please contact us in the first instance using the details in Section 13. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve it within 20 business days.

For complaints about partner services, please contact the relevant partner business directly. If you are unable to resolve a dispute with a partner, you may contact the Queensland Office of Fair Trading at www.qld.gov.au/law/fair-trading or call 13 QGOV (13 74 68).
